Complaint regarding poor service from Eureka Forbes

We are getting worst service from Eureka Forbes (EF). Since a month we are facing following issue-
1.leakage from machine
2.constant water outage flow without electricity
3.Water tank is filling without electricity

And these problems has been created by EF’s executive only during service visit & now jo proper action in this. Also contacted thane area manager Mr. Gxxxxxad but till now no action. We have AMC & enroll into it for good maintenance but now it’s like to create problems. We need quick legal action on this.
