Complaint regarding poor service from Gati International

I used Gati International Pvt Ltd for transporting my goods for transporting my goods from New Delhi to Bangalore from 31st October 2015 with Consignment No 000421. It was a door to door delivery and items were supposed to be unpacked after delivery. After I received the goods on 21st November in the morning most of the items were damaged and 2 items were missing. The damaged items were serial number 20 and serial number 6 and serial number 4.
The missing items were serial number 33 and 19b. I contacted toll free number 180030006787 and Vxxxxxh Kxxxxxr with contact number they told me items will be delivered within two days and damaged items will be compensated. I also mailed with the damaged goods to The unpacking of goods were also not done so the compensation for that was also promised. But day by day they kept ignoring my calls and now I am helpless. I did insurance for the goods.
