We have Hinduja groups Incable Indigital cable for many years now. But since past couple of years they are providing shoddy network and channels like Colors, Sony, Zee in 2014-15 used to be blocked during peak hours on sat sun wen we wanted to watch as that’s the only days we watch. I complained to main head office after calling khar office 50 times (Sxxxxm, Dxxxxxh Txxxxxr, Sxxxxxh– have their numbers too and their manager) wud only say we will do it but never did. But they wud turn up and demand for money collected by Mxxxxxv. After so much complaints also for so many months, nothing has been done and we still
Pay them bcos wen they want to collect money then channels actually come clearly for few days so we pay them thinking matter is solved. But again this bad network contact cable
Operator or a blank screen is wat we get to see. Just yesterday wen I called for the 100th time, Dxxxxxxh said solve nahi hoga yeh problem n disconnected my call. This was heights as we pay for their services. This was completely wrong and shocking. Pls guide.
