Complaint regarding poor service from Tikona

I took a TIKONA broadband connection on 6th Dec 2015. Its was a rs 675 per month plan and i paid 3 months advance and the installation charges of rs 2605 while taking connection. But from the next month onwards tikona kept sending me bills. I was not satisfied with thier service and asked them to disconnect my connection before 3 months but they kept sending bills and did not disconnect.
However, I stopped using Tikona at 3 months from my first bill date of 6th Dec 2015.

Later i started getting threat calls from Tikona for not paying the bill and they threated me to send people to my home for collection. They forced me to pay rs 2540 for services i did not use.
