On 8/04/17 i gave my car for repairing the leakage in colin section and they told me that by monday my car will be repaired and the estimae will be somewere around 10000. I gave them the green signal to repair my car . When i called them on monday they said they will give it on tuesday when i called them on tuesday they said they will give it on wednesday . I was highly irritated with the kind of service i was getting from volkswagen so i dnt called them on wednesday . I was waiting for their response but they dnt called me on wednesday . So i complained in volkswagen customer care regarding this behaviour . They assured me that they will help me out but as expected they were as hopeless as there previous team were. They only say that they will do this but they never do that. I called them on friday and shouted on them at that point they say that your car is ready when i asked them that why dnt you inform me they say there favourite word sorry . After that they say that your bill is 20000 approx when i say that your service advisor jayanto said that the bill will be somewere around 10000 . Then they say that when they were checking my car they found some fault in it so they repaired it without taking me in consent . When i said that i wont pay them then Again their drama started of not attending the call .

They both are Hopeless i dont no when will i get my car . I feel like i did a crime y giving my car in volkswagen service center . Local garage people take care of their customer better then your.
