This is Ankur Gupta and I am using YOU broadband connection. from last 2 month my internet is not working and I am just fed up from YOU broadband. I already complaint 100 times but my problem has been not resolved. and now its over. I am not able to do more followup with them. I want my money refund. I have already paid 2400 rs advance for 3 months. so I want that money refund. since last two months I am not able to do any work without internet. I am IT professional and without internet I cant do anything. everyday i am spending money ON cyber cafe. so I want to move to some good Service provider. and dont want to use YOU Broadband kind of worst service . even i am not remember when I have used their internet. IS this the right way to deal with customer. I am ready to do any kind of legal formalities but I want to teach YOU Broadband kind of cheat company to good lesson. so that in future they cant treat their customer in such a way.
Note- earlier I had also complaint on consumer forum but after that i got only services for 3 days. and after that there is same drama with the YOU Broadband.
