Complaint regarding poor service support by Whirlpool

I am being mentally harassed by the whirlpool services. My refrigerator got a problem on 21st of Aug 2018 and after complaining and chasing them for days and days, they replaced the part around 2nd of September. They charged 5000 Rs. and the part which got replaced gave even more problems. It stopped cooling and made lot of sound. More than 10 times i call the service centre and the call center agents. But they are just cheating and put my phone on hold and don’t even talk to me now. Please help me, they are cheating and mentally harassing me everyday.
