Complaint regarding poor support for defective product from Shopclues

I had purchased a product(stablizer) from the online portal After 15 days, I got the delivery of the product but after opening the package i got to know that it was broken. It was completly useless. i immediatly login to their site and register the complain about this issue. After repeated reminder/mail/comment , they asked me the images of the products and i sent it. A person call me after 15 days regarding this issue, I repeated everything clearly on phone also what i had written in my complain on their portal. They are saying that they will not return the product because of the fact that when i received it, it was not packaged in the shopclues labelled plastic bag and they are saying that why you received it when it was not packaged. you should return this. I trust on the goodwill of the site and instead of questioning to the vendor who supplied me the product or the courier person they are simply denyin me.
