I ordered a trolley bag of American Tourister from SnapDeal. But it send me an old and used product. Upon requesting refund it said me to self ship the product. I send the product to them with too many difficulties. Also I mailed them to credit the shipping amount in my Bank account. But they credited it in my Freecharge account. However, everything was fine. But suddenly I got a mail that refund request is declined and they send my product back. I called their customer care for enquiring the matter. But to my surprise the executive said me that don’tbe worried, the amount will be refunded. She also said that she got the update that the product passes quality check and refund initiated successfully. Plz help me regarding this. Thanks.

  2. I replied the mail sent from SnapDeal with the screenshot of product with Order ID and sub order ID as attachment on 31st Jan. 10.30AM.

  3. Thanks ICF. My problem got solved. Snapdeal refunded my money. If I hadn’t complain in ICF, Snapdeal never give me my refund. Very stupid company. Intentionally, send duplicate and used items and when we try to return it neber responds. I will never buy anything from Snapdeal…
