I have recharged 2 month 6 Mbps plan of my you broadband connection, And I used that plan 8-10 days day after that Youbroadband team cut my wired connection. Then after I called in customer care and they said me this is the common problem in my society and It will be resolved till 15th April 2016, On 15th Apr 2016 again I get a message that problem will be resolved before 22nd April 2016, But My problem is not resolved.

Then again I call in customer care that why my problem is not being resolved on Estimated time, They said me Sir your problem is resolved, Again I called in customer care for same Issue , This time they said your problem will be resolved in 4-8 working hours.

Again Nobody comes from the Youbroadband to resolve my problem. So I went into the Local office of you broadband on 23rd April 2016, And local office executive assure me that, Sir your problem will be definitely resolved before 6pm of 23rd April.

Now today is 25th April 2016, And I am on same position. Now it’s being around 25-28 days.

So today I again call to customer care and ask them to either give me the proper service or return my deposit amount and 2 month recharged amount, So that I take another broadband connection, They tell me as per company policy I can only get deposit amount, I’ll not get the recharged amount.

Every time I am getting the same answer from customer care that my complaint is now forwarded to local office and Some one will contact with me within 4-8 working hours, But I didn’t get a single call or support from them within 25 days.

I am getting the pathetic service from youbroadband now a days, Please help me in order to get the better service or taking back my complete money (deposit + 2 month recharged amount )in lieu of net getting the service by them.
