On 12th sep, 2017 I purchased Nokia 216 by thought in mind that Nokia mobiles bulid quality & service is better than Samsung but i was wrong when my mobile display has broken without any kind of fallen. There is not even a single scratch or any kind of damage signs in outer body of the mobile. I called Nokia service centre for the repair of my mobile, even i am ready to pay the repair charges for that broken display but really shocked to hear that there is no service centre of Nokia in all over India for basic mobiles. How a company is selling their products without giving any service to customers? Its really pathetic. Now pls tell me from where i get replacement of broken display. I hope you understand my concern & help me to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
