In Feb I purchased a samsung powerbank from by paying using my debit card. they sent me a duplicate china broken and damaged product. i believe it was intentional. so i complained about it. after my many mails and phone calls finally they asked me to send the product to them in the month of march..!! because of there unusual delay and many fake commitments i become suspicious and asked for refund rather asking for replacement. i asked refund for the product and for the courier charges to my bank account. but once i sent the product back to them there was long silent. i sent many mails and spent more then Rs-300 to call them. but all i am getting is fake commitments that they are forwarding my request to the concern department but i haven’t received any confirmation mail. my calling to there high chargebel support number still going on and mail too…. today is 21.04.2015…!! my order number was – 37895943
