Complaint regarding powerbank from shopiagos.com

I purchased a power bank from shopiagos.com as ad was showing that it is brand new power bank of philips but when I received a power bank it is duplicate power bank named as samsung which is also used and not new one and I contacted to concerned company but it did not give any response to our complain So I request you to take action against them and do the needful.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
