Complaint regarding Prestige induction cooktop

I had purchased Prestige induction cooktop PIC 16.0 in the month of October, 2015.Within 2 months it started creating problems.It’s getting off in 10 seconds. If it’s not switched on for a day it will work for 15mins and then each time after switching it on, it repeats the same. Had lodged several complaints on the customer care and have been calling everyday. But still no services. Each time they are telling tomorrow you will get the technician. Even the induction was in the service center for 14days 1 month back. But they didn’t repair it.
