I have placed a order for Micromax Q326 and got it on 19th Dec 2016. I didn’t like the make and camera quality of the mobile and also the size of the mobile is small compared to what I was expecting. Also in the app mobile looked big and that’s why I bought the mobile in the first place. I have asked for refund and that too to my Amazon wallet so that I can purchase another product. But the customer service people are telling there is no refund available. While I have checked in the app there is no such return policy mentioned there. But now when I actually want to return the product they are telling that there is an Amazon policy of no return on mobiles which I was not able to find even now. I heard Amazon India has very good customer care service. That’s the reason I have opted for Amazon over Flipkart. But now I’m regretting my decision after speaking to customer service people. I hope I get a solution for my query here.
