Complaint regarding product from

I ordered a leather jacket from a website :” “. They had delivered a unbranded local cheap quality rexine product (different from the product which i had ordered), which is different in colour and over-sized for me and now they are refusing to take the product back by giving excuses such as-

1) It is a branded and standard product and they had provided it in a very low price so they can’t afford to take back the product.
2) They can’t consider my return request because It’s a vague request.

I ordered a leather jacket but they delivered a rexine cheap quality jacket. They are also deleting the reviews of the customers and many customers along with me are facing the same or some other problem with them. Their customer care number is always busy as I am trying their number from the past 3 days. Their return policy also says to return the product within three days and when I am asking them to return the product then they are saying that they will reply within 24-72 hours. Secondly, they are sending tokens for resolving the problems but their tokens can only be opened when we will login in to website and whenever am trying to login from the same email id from which i had ordered the jacket, then its saying no such user from that email id is available. And from the past two days they are giving excuses for taking back the product.
