I ordered a track suit in the feb 2015 from the montecarlo website, which I received after few days. The mode of payment was cash on delivery. The next day I realized that there is a hole in the upper of the track suit. I immediately contacted the customer  care of Monte Carlo. They advised me to mail the complaint along with the attached photograph of the track suit. I did this accordingly. I had to make lots of call before a courier man came to collect that track suit. Now its almost a month  after that I called many time on their customer care Number 08196922333, each time I called they replied your complaint will be resolved in 24 hours, will be calling you back by the evening this has happened over 20 times. I roughly spent Rs 300-400 on making call to them. They have crossed all the limits of brazenness. This is not only financial but  mental harrassment. I want that nobody else should suffer the same problem. Kindly show me the way forward. I think a lesson must be taught to such people.
