I placed an order on snapdeal on 7th Aug 2016 & they delivered on 9th Aug 2016. I used it for full day but it was having some manufacturing defect as it was not performing well. I registered complaint on 10th August to snapdeal Ref#27643058.
After following up so much they arranged a technician visit in which I told him the entire problem & he wrote something on paper & asked me to sign it. I signed it & when I asked about it he told me that it is nothing, one of guy will come to your place & will pickup the product. On 16th Aug 2016 I got a call from snapdeal that we will not refund your amount and they asked me to contact service center which I have denied to do so. Now they are telling me that we will not refund your money. Pls help.
