Complaint regarding products from StarCJ

I have purchase one mens hamper Rs. 2999.00. I have placed order when I have shown TV through TV screen no. On TV They have shown 3 shoes One Blue shoe, 2nd Green shoe, 3rd Track shoe, 1 sandle (Green colour), 1 sliper. But when I recd. material 2 shoes was same colour i.e.blue colour. & the size also different. At the same time I taked with starcj customer care & their representative asked me to replace the colour & size. But today I have recd. another call from their other representative that it is not possible to replace the colour. Why I will put 2 same colour shoes. If they have no stock kindly replace the same after some time. but they refused to replaced the same. I purcahsed from starcj 1st time. I faced this type of problem. Their website also they have shown 2 different colour i.e. 1 Blue + 1 Green.

    I have pitched one tab. MTV/ SLASH from shopcj .(on line).their bill no.201506250247 DT 25/06/2015.
    The product received damage condition (sim card slot in damage condition). sim card is not activet .
    I visited to our near service center M/S Anil Infosis p.ltd RAJKOT.. repairing not cover under warrant y.you have to pay rupees 750 asrepairing charge . kindly do need full
