We bought one PROPELLO KARVY Water purifier on 2015 jan, that had been installed on 22nd jan’2015. In last 1yr 4 services done as stated in warranty card, last service done on NOV’2015, during that time the serviceman told my husband to start AMC for proper maintainance of the machine & he collected 4200 ru cash for AMC of 1yr, given one cashmemo only. But on 22nd Jan’2016 other serviceman came for servicing & he again asked for AMC, when we showed him the cashmemo he told us that the previous serviceman was fake & no AMC done for our machine, we’ve to pay another 4658 ru for proper AMC. The company is not cooperating with us.

  1. It is very unfortunate that customer care no of 18001210600 is always engaged and can not make complain in time. It is also observed that after service or repair, company does not enquire the service report from customer. Also TDS level is not checked by the technician in time of servicing or repairing.
