On 27th June I made a payment of Rs 3135 to Quikr.com on their website for their premium ad service and it returned with an error stating that payment is declined whereas when I checked with my bank they said that the payment has gone through. I contacted the customer support of Quikr and they asked me to send the payment details on email and said that I will receive a revert in 24 hours. It’s been 4 days now and they are not giving any response. Everytime I call them they say that there is no contact number for paid Customers and they will arrange a call back but I have not received any calls or resolution on this. I called their head office and same story that they will call me back but no calls. I dont know what to do or whom to contact. Please help.
