Complaint regarding Quikr premium Ad service

I have received a call from Quikr on 9 DEC 2017 regarding to purchase premium services from quikr.com and he told me that after purchasing this service your add will be become premium one and will show on the top of all adds. Also he assured me that he will handle all adds related tasks to make it premium and other related tasks. Also he guaranteed me that your product will 100% sell after purchasing the premium services.

Then i have paid Rs. 500 to purchase these related service as described by Quikr Executive. After payment he called me again and took my email id and password to make my ad premium and assured me that he will do it premium and it will show on the top.

Problem is that he sold me service to pin my ad to top once after paying Rs 500. also he sold other service rather than to make my ad premium as he promised. This service is useless for so i need my money back in my bank account. Acctually the make me fool to just sell thier services like he told ms today is huge discount on services.

After that i have tried to call Quikr customer care and after spending my 30 minutes i found that CC service from Quikr is very worst because after waiting 10-15 Minutes they disconnect my call unexpectedly instead to connect with customer care executive.

I felt that CC services is very bad and my experience with Quikr is also very bad after purchasing the respective services
