Complaint regarding Quikr RTO services

I have purchased the RTO services from quikr which requires registration and Road tax payment to Mumbai RTO for the car that is purchased from Chennai and i got it in Mumbai.
The sales lead – Axxxxxh Sxxxxxxy called, sms’ed, watsapp, emailed atleast 2-3 in a day to sell the services. As soon as i made the payment, he informed that backend team will be in touch with me. I had to remind him that no one is in touch.
Pxxxxd Kxxxxr- after reminder informs me that there is something that is not covered. I tell them to cancel the services and he starts to process the request. They send a thrid party to my home to pick all my car documents on 10th April. Since then i am following up with them on the status of my documents but the reply is once in a week that it is processing. The RTO will need to do car inspection too which quikr is supposed to inform me. That day is also not communicated. When inquired how long it will take to process this then the reply comes that it takes 90 working days.
I am flabberghasted with this and ask to cancel the services and return the payment, for which the reply is again that the papers are processing. Despite asking them what process it is in, theres no reply from quikr. I am tired of this and want my money back as i am aware that the RTO process is not more than 25-30 days. Even if quikr adds its internal processin 5-10 days, it will never amount to 90 days. This is fraud to keep the customer money for this long and only give him false hope that documents are under process.

    I have paid Rs 46819 , transaction ID : Jun1371M , for re-registration of my Goa vehicle to RTO Pune , and still dangling with it. Got informed that Quikr has not paid the RTO accordingly. Their response is also not fruitful always , initially they coordinated well , for eg , pick up of documents till inspection and verification of the vehicle. But squandaring customer money seems to be a part and parcel of their policy and strategy .
    Not very sure how they handle the dissatisfaction of their customers.

    Even if things go well for me I would put this as an alert and never recommend any body to avail their services.
    For scrap selling and Crap purchase Quikr is OK. But for other services there is no commitment.
