I have places 2 orders of 2 Quantity each of Epson Workforce All In One Printer – M200 on Snapdeal under Offer of Rs 1 ( Delivery Charged Rs 30 Each ).

Order No – 5791033564 and 5790153830 on 14h April 2015. 1st Order was placed and Cash on delivery and 2nd I paid Rs 62.

Later on after asking for update on same, they told me that there was some technical issue in uploading of price hence order cannot be processed and please order again.

1st order was cancelled on 2nd Feb 2016 and 2nd Order on 17th April 2015 itself.

I wrote them that this is not customers fault and you team must fulfil the order, but the cancelled al my orders and As said by them they have refunded the amount.

I asked then that I dont want my amount refunded, at least you should fulfill one of my order, but they denied..

I request you to please help me on this issue.

I have snapshots as a proof of same but I tried to register the complaint and error is coming there so I am writing in Contact us option.

  3. Answer given was satisfactory, this was just one way communication that there was some error in price upload and hence we cannot process your request, and we don’t care about customer whatever he thinks doesn’t matter.

    I think this is very care less behaviour by Snapdeal.
