Complaint regarding recharge credit not given by Tata Sky

I have upgraded my tata sky service in July on dated 10.07.2016 that time there are an offer running for free hd subscription for one year so I Recharge the same offer & upgraded my set top box in hd with RS. 1500/-recharge & 280 for my monthly package in august 2016 me & my family are not available so we can’t use tata sky services.

In sept.2016 when I again Recharge my services for that time I got massage from tata sky that my one year subscription are not done by mistake & they asked me for Recharge rs.510 again which I already paid for hd subscription one year free.

I have launch complain through my mail I’d to tata sky customer service I’d I have got call from tata sky customer service also the realize there mistake but not solve my problem.

They ask for repeat Recharge of RS. 510 which they already Recharge. Please help me to proper justice. My Tata Sky Subscriber I’d no.1123701839
