Complaint regarding recharge through excitel.com

On 21 Sept. 2017 at 8:30 pm, I recharged from excitel.com for ? 643.1 as my monthly plan & payment is also successful but recharge was pending. But after sometime the payment disappeared from the website and my money is also not refunded. Payment Details(UPI Ref No 726419484255). When I called customer care they me that they didn’t receive any payment and i should contact bank. So i then contact bank followed by UPI handler PhonePe and both of them confirmed that payment has been made and successful from their end. I need my refund. I got Proof of the transaction.
