Complaint regarding recharge through Mobikwik

I recharged Rs 749 3G pack on mobile number 7772972853 dated 10 May 15 through mobikwiK wallet. However balance was deducted from the wallet but i didn’t received any data pack balance. I waited for hours in a hope that recharge will be done. But when i didn’t received then i approached mobikwik via complain on the same day vide ticket no #2614442. I got reply from mobikwik that recharge transaction was successful from their end vide transaction order id MP22051010250074. Approach your operator giving reference of transaction order id. Then i approached idea customer care executives giving reference of transaction order id, But executive told me that no recharge of Rs 749 was made. Then inturn i again raised complain to mobikwik vide ticket#2623323 dated 11 May 15 and got same reply as earlier to approach operator. but idea executives repeated the same message as earlier to approach mobikwik. Neither i got money in my wallet nor the recharge of Rs 749. This is really a harassment situation for me. Kindly guide me sir.
