Sir i was trying to do a recharge of rs135 through online in 02/01/2017.Through phone pe android app.They have deducted the money from my bank account.But the recharge failed.After i got a message from them saying that money will be refunded within 1hr.After 4days didn’t got my money. I have contacted their costumer service several times.But no good results. I have their transaction ID & my bank account statement till now.Please take immediate action against this malpractice. This isn’t first time. I have experienced it several time while online transactions.
