I have made recharge to two mobile number of Rs.600/- each through free-charge on 21st February 2015, those respective members received the message as Successful even though they have not recharged and also the money in my HDFC bank account has been deducted. I dropped mails to free-charge customer care and firstly, they responded with few mails but still no money was refunded in my account neither those members were not yet recharged. I don’t know whether the problem is with free-charge account or my online net banking. Could you please refer to this issue as soon as possible. Kindly let me know if there are any updates regarding this issue.
