On 15-10-2015 I placed an order for ‘Xiaomi Redmi 2 Prime’ from www.flipkart.com.

I received the same on 21-10-2015. It had a 12 months manufacturer warranty. The phone worked quite well. But after 5 months I faced some problem with the rare camera of the phone occasionally which after a month got permanent.

On 24-6-2016 I visited my nearest service center to report the issue. I was told some parts need to be replaced which are not currently available with the service center so it may take 2 to maximum 3 weeks time. So I submitted it to them after confirming twice or thrice about the delivery date.

I was quite optimistic and after two weeks I visited the service center but my phone was not repaired and I was told it may take 1 or 2 more weeks. After 1 week (14-7-2016) I mailed the service center inquiring about status of my phone. They requested me to keep patience as it was not repaired yet and the will contact me once it is done.

On 21-7-2016 i again inquired and this time I was told it will be delivered by the end of this month and i should keep some more patience. After which quite worried I contacted the customer care service of Xiaomi Support and I was assured that my problem will be solved and I will be contacted soon without mentioning any time.
But again no help was done. The very next day I called the Xiaomi support again and I talked to the senior customer care executive this time. I got a bit angry and I said return my phone without repairing. More than 24 hours have passed but i have not been contacted by anyone from the company. I even tweeted to Miindiasupport and messaged them too. I received no response so I am posting this complaint.
