I have purchased Redmi note 3,32gb, through Snapdeal on 2 October 2016. There was already sound problem. most of time sound doesn’t work when I again power on then it works, but at 23 June. switch off at night without problem. I put phone in table in morning I see that not working.but after calling customer care they suggest for fastboot then phone working but after 10 day again same problem arised did again fastboot then start after a couple of day it’s again switch off then not power on then I go to kanpur in mi customer service. After 4 hour They called me and this will not work due mother board they will charge me 7000.. Warranty will not work. without any damage how can they say me for charge and they took my 5 hour to say that drama. my 11000 has wasted without damage. I really freaked out with that phone. From starting their data cable is not working and sound has gone automatically and again working .Now it is dead without any problem.
I really want to complain against this company in polic station. I will definitely go if my problem will not resolve coz it damaged automatically. It’s hardware is really local. herBut me hope u will resolve my problem.
Is there warranty will not work when phone is under warranty.Redmi note 3 is totally waste of money. My huge data loss. Without my fault my phone is not working and now I will pay 7000 without my fault.I waste Money and time.
