Complaint regarding Redmi Note 4 service refusal

I visited MI store at Sec V kolkata on 6-Feb since my phone had some issues, there were certain random clicks were happening in the mobile. Post inspection they said, it has an internal damage so can not be covered in warranty. When I received the mobile through “Flipkart” the internal damage was not visible unless you open the phone. So, it was not possible for me to identify the internal damage. Now even it is in internal warranty, they refuse to fix the problem.
All warranty details and their inspection report can be produced on demand.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
