I have purchased a Redmi note 4 (4gb , 64gb) through flipkart.com in September. 2017.on 20th Dec. 2017 , the speaker of my phone malfunctioned and as it was under warranty, I contacted mi customer care and I was told to send the phone for repairs to service center through FedEx. Accordingly I send my phone to their service center on 02/01/2018. My inquiry no.9000050714.but till now they are not updating the status of service of my phone.
