Complaint against Syberplace – Rs.7,999/-: Mrs. Sugi Jose of Rt nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka had placed an order with Syberplace on 07-03-2016 for a smartphone. On 17th Sep he got a mail from Rediff that the order was reversed, and the amount would be refunded. Mr. Naik did not receive refund and posted his complaint with ICF on 30-10-2012. But the supplier (edge infotel) had sent 18 month old imported Fly 50S. Mr. Sable returned the phone with Paytm reverse courier. But he did not receive any replacement or refund.
