A call was raised for repairs of refrigerator on 16.03.15 vide ref no JM 0315000227. The representative visited after two days and took the details viz model, date of purchase etc and informed that the compressor is not functioning. As confirmed by the company the compressor is in warranty, but the service centre denies the service saying that the same is not in warranty. Despite showing the bill, and above all the confirmation from the company that it is warranty, we are unable to understand the language of your service centre. Kindly let us know what to do in the matter. should we approach consumer court.
