Complaint regarding refund against failed air ticket booking

I was booking ticket of domestic flight through Make My trip on 8th December 2016. During first try i made payment through my Indian bank rupay debit card but i saw the msg of unsuccessful booking on my screen. I received sms from Make My Trip as below:
”Payment of Rs.7,626/- has been failed. please try again later.”
But in same time I also got sms of deduction of Rs.7,626/- from my bank. I thought the money will be refunded soon. Then I tried again for booking, made payment through the same Indian bank rupay debit card and booked ticket successfully. I received msg of successful booking from Make My Trip and the two related airlines companies. I also received sms of deduction of Rs.7,626/- from bank. I waited for 4-5 days and then registered claim for refund to Make My Trip. They told me to contact my Home branch that is Indian bank Nariman point branch Mumbai with ifsc code IDIB000N052. I registered claim for refund in my home branch bank also. It is over 4 and half months still i have not received amount of refund.
