I bought an item worth 9345 from ebay on 6th may 2016 . The seller was fraud and my refund was approved on 29th May 2016 after following up daily from ebay. Its been 14 days and my refund has not been credited to my account. I have sent the credit card statement to ebay and its been a week and no update. I am unable to do anything peacefully since its such a huge amount involved. I am daily calling ebay customer care and no update has been provided yet. I have been just told to keep on waiting for update. I dont know now whom to escalate this . This is a pathetic experience. Please help me get my money back.
