I book online ticket form abhibus.com on 10 January .2017 my ticket is Indore to Jalgaon from Dhariwal travel. I am given pickup spot Rajendra nager. bus time is 9.45 pm. I am on pickup point on 8.30 pm. but this bus not come on this point. when i am call it abhibus their customer care representative not attend in well manner. they cut the phone three time after four attempts he register my complaint. that complaint id is 531109. that time withe in 24 hour we solve this complaint within 24 hour. But they not give any feedback in 24 hour. when i am call they say operator agree his mistake we are refund your amount in 5 to 7 days. also we taken action again this operator. now lot of time i am call there call center. but they are not given me any refund or compensation. every time they say we are try to solve your problem
