I have raised a requested for installation of new connection for Act Fibernet bangalore and I was asked to pay the bill in advance which I did. I also submitted my documents to the ACT field employe but I didn’t receive any bill and they are not installing the WiFi now.. I am keep on calling them and they are not providing any response and every day they are telling that I will get a call before the end of the day and I am not getting any call neither they are refunding my money.. I feel like cheated.. Please help me..
