I ordered a Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro of Rs. 9990 from amazon.in. It had been delivered at 1st December when I observed the phone it was damaged at the edge so I raised a return of the product to amazon.in, next day they collected from me. Till now I dint get my money back. When I spoke with amazon customer services they say we have been issued the refund amount to your bank account. I told them that I dint get any fund they told me to send us your bank account statement. I sent the statement to them. Now they are telling that its bank mistake so contact your bank. Again I contact bank and also banks customer services. What they replied to me is that if refund amount would be issued to you it would be reflects on your account. Its not our mistake. So contact with your amazon.in. Till now this dispute is not solved. Both are alleging to each others that its not our mistake.Now I have no any other option. So I am raising a complaint against amazon.in.
Kindly help me to get my money back form amazon.in.For convenience I am attaching my bank details in that you can see that refund is not issued. Please find it in attachment.Other information related to the order are given below.
