I have ordered a mobile phone from amazon. After received the product found its faulty shown Invalid IMEI No. While I am contacting Amazon customer service representative it’s shown my Mobile no. Has been blocked I have screen shot.
Again I am trying to contact customer service representative another no. Said will talk to technical team mobile handling but they c’nt resolve that problem, again I am contact to customer service representative he said return to our executive, I have returned for same.

Next day I will contact Amazon customer service representative regarding my refunded ammount he said your ammount is refunded in your Amazon pay account, i request refund amount in my account but the dene not possible you can purchase other products from amazon sight.

It’s my money am not using to purchase from amazon sight wrong / defective product sale why am purchase again from amazon. I want my money. Please help.
