I ordered a product on line which was a collapsible wardrobe from Auspicious Home Delhi of rs 899/- on July 20th 2017. The product quality was poor so I decided to return it. I requested seller to take it return by send online request. Seller approve it after intervention did by Amezon. Amezon executive ask me to courier it by self and either they or seller will reimburse the courier charges. After discussion and confirmation from Amezon executive I paid the courier charges 1000 rs to return an item to the seller . It has been a month since then I am doing follow up with Amezon but they haven’t give me the refund. Today they refuse to payback me the refund saying they can’t help me. Pl help me to get the money back. I m in trauma and feeling cheated and looted by both the sellers.
