Complaint regarding refund from Amazon

I had ordered “Amazon Basics 50 inch tripod stand with Bag” on 15-09-17, but due to defects I had to return the product and the refund got initiated by amazon’s end on 21-09-17 and refund was to be reflected in my bank account by 28-09-17. But it has been 4 days I have not received the refund. Amazon has been asking me to check with my bank and bank has been asking me to check with amazon and I am stuck between Amazon and Central Bank of India. Amazon has asked me to file “Dispute Charges” against my bank, and I am not able to file because bank is denying to file it and also I have searched on Internet to file Dispute Charges for Central Bank of India but didn’t get any helpful results. Please kindly help me out with this problem.
