Complaint regarding refund from Amazon

I have purchased a bedsheet from amazon on 22 september and that item delivered on 25 september. Because of quality issue i apply for refund so that item was pickuped from my home on 27 september. Around 1 month is gone but till now there is no refund given to me. Many time i call to there customer care but there is no response I mail them also then also there is no response.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
