Complaint regarding refund from Amazon

I had ordered mobile and tempered glass during starting week of October. It was not delivered on time nor was the status of the products was updated on the order details page. There was no confirmation from amazon hence i contacted amazon only to know that the products were damaged and would not be delivered. This was told only after i contacted amazon. I was also told that the product would not be delivered as it was cash on delivery. Again i ordered my product on 17th October and this time i paid the entire amount. Estimated delivery date was 27th October and even this time i dint receive my product nor was the status updated, and i had no clue if my product would be delivered or not. When i contacted amazon i was told to wait for few more days. I waited till 1st week of November and hence no response even after i paid the entire amount. I complained regarding this issue but all in vain.I have sent so many mails and they are least bother to reply to any of my mail. Finally i was told only option was to refund as the product was again damaged. It been almost one month and i have still not received my money nor any kind of response. This is the worst experience. Amazon treats its customers horribly.
