Complaint regarding refund from Amazon for returned product

I have ordered a book (AFCAT practice set solved )on 29/07/2016 for my upcoming exam on 28/08/2016. Amazon delivered a book at my place on 5/07/2016( AFCAT written exam prepation book Arihant, no. AWB# 521189107279) which was actually a wrong item delivered to me.
I Placed the complaint and made the return request on 7/07/2016 after 2weeks when no pick up details been conveyed by the company , I contacted the C.C service from which they told me the request been cancelled automatically by the company’s end by mistake. They made the request and some how after various complaints and calls been made they picked up the book on 25/08/2016,
Then there started the refund policy ,4 calls have been made till now to the C.C service to listen the same ans. by the other end that the sellers will contact you through msg.
No such refund related message recieved. No sellers bother to contact now .
Amount still not refunded . 3 months have already gone.
53 rs. Only has been refunded and the 200/- rs. that were actually not mentioned on the site while placing order are still left.
And the biggest thing my trust has been broken badly.

I Request you to kindly consider my complaint and take the action agaist the company. So that atleast I can trust honesty over cheaters world.
