Complaint regarding refund from Amazon for returned product

I desperately need your help in getting my refund from Amazon. Amazon have refusing to refund for returned product.
I purchased a Redmi 4 – 64gb mobile for Rs.9499/- against Cash on Delivery Dated 06.10.2017 and had to return it due to charging issues. ( i have attached the original order invoice copy herewith). A replacement mobile was issued Dated 16.10.2017, which i received on 26.10.2017. As the mobile had heating issues, an engineer was sent to check and he issued Service Report for a refund. I contacted the Amazon Customer service for return and on 08.11.2017 a Pickup guy Mr. Pxxxxp Yxxxxxv, from Partner code: BOM-T, having its address at shop no. 4, Akruli Industrial estate, Kandivali East, Mumbai, checked the mobile, varified the IMEI no. and as he found the mobile had no physical damage, picked up and delivered at the office. As per Amazon website the package arrived on 17.11.2017. I followed up many times for the refund but after a month i was informed since the parcel received by Amazon was without a mobile, they cannot issue a refund. I called up Pxxxxp’s no. and also spoke to his Manager and he confirmed that after receiving the mobile they had forwarded to Amazon warehouse in hyderabad. Now all of a sudden Amazon customer service tells me that as i never paid for the mobile, it was returned and that i cant expect a refund, which is a blatant lie. How is it possible that a company sends a product on a cash mode, delivers it to its customer, then takes it back due to mobile issues, sends a replacement for free, then approves the refund in 2-3 days without asking a customer to pay for the mobile? and finally when i wrote an email to amazon, i am informed that they do not have any record of 1st delivery of 06.10.2017. I have the invoice copy of both deliveries as well as the acknowledgement of pickup guy and all other paper work. I am now convinced beyond any doubt that Amazon have stooped so low in cheating that not only they removed the invoice copies but also blocked my no. from receiving or making any calls to Amazon. I have sent all the documents as attachement to amazon but no success. as they are not responding to any emails. Need your help.
