I had purchased a product from Amazon .in in the month of April 2016. As to their policy of refunds on defective products, I had returned the product and also sent them the Courier receipt, as of today I have not received the refund though they have promised to do so form the customer care, but the claims department keeps dragging the issue. They say the seller has not received the product and the courier receipt cannot be accepted, I have requested DTDC for the delivery proof, but they are also dragging on. I have the return receipt, and also mails from Amazone relating to this. Please help and advise. What shoul I do to get the refund.
