I am a Amazon India Customer. I ordered a PREPAID Shipment Gionee F103 smartphone on 21th November 2017. It was delivered to me on 27th November 2017. But unfortunately when I received the shipment I found a CAR CHARGER without having my ordered smartphone GIONEE F103. After that I contact to the customer service, they told me to request for return. I request for return and refund my money on 27th November 2017. Whose Tracking Id- 511391015318. I returned the received car charger on 28th November 2017. Customer service told me that it will take 2 to 3 working days. After 2 to 3 days when I contact to service center they are telling that I can't get my money back. If this thing happen how we will believe on AMAZON Shopping. I request you please kindly solve my problem. I belong from a poor family. I am having faith on you and I believe that you will take some action on it.
