I am joy dasgupta a Amazon Prime customer. I am trying to buying a book from amazon portal, but when I placed the order, payable amount has cut from my debit card and although my oder has not placed. I lodge a complain at Amazon but after along with 5 days I am contact again amazon but they tell me its default of Bank. I also contact my bank but they can’t responce my call & the deducted balence has not to credit to my account of UCO BANK. Amazon also provide me a reference no which is 74332747106710550911751. Plz help me
